Volunteer Coordinator.

- Responsibilities include: recruiting, vetting and placing volunteers for our annual event, and working alongside our Executive Director and Executive Team to make our Missionfest Manitoba event successful.
- Must be available the first weekend of February
- Applicants should be well organized, good with people and missions minded.
- This position is paid part-time, seasonal, and hired on a contractor basis.

Exhibitor Care Coordinator.
Missionfest Manitoba is seeking to hire an Exhibitor Care Coordinator.

- Responsibilities include: phone and email communications with missions and ministries that are exhibitors for Missionfest Manitoba; processing exhibitor applications; placing and arranging exhibitors at various booths according to their needs; general exhibitor care; tending to exhibitor concerns with the Executive Director; and working alongside our Executive Director and Executive Team to make our Missionfest Manitoba event successful.
- The Exhibitor Care Coordinator will also be responsible for coordinating venue set up in cooperation with other team members.
- Must be available the first weekend of February
- Applicants should be well organized, good with people and missions minded.
- Priority will be given to applicants with missions or ministry experience.
- This position is paid part-time, and hired on a contractor basis.

Youth Event Coordinator.
Missionfest Manitoba is seeking to hire a Youth Event Coordinator.

- Responsibilities include: working with our Executive Director to organize and oversee the Youth Event for Middle and Senior High School students on the Friday of Missionfest; assisting with the “After Hours” event for youth and young adults on the Friday evening of Missionfest; and working alongside our Executive Director and Executive Team to make our Missionfest Manitoba event successful.
- The Youth Event Coordinator will also need to handle communications with youth and young adult ministry leaders of churches.
- Must be available the first weekend of February
