Welcome to Missionfest Manitoba! We are so excited at the possibility of you joining our family of mission focused exhibitors, working alongside one another to share the hope of Jesus to the world.

Booth Selection
Our booths are located around the foyer and sanctuary of Church of the Rock. Please select
your preferred exhibitor location and booth size. Once we review your application, we will
connect with you regarding whether or not we can fulfill your request. From there we will send
you an invoice with instructions for payment. Booths are reserved once payment is received.
Notes:
We will subtract 5% for all registrations paid by May 31, 2024.
The location that you occupied in February is guaranteed up to until July 31st , 2024. On August 1st we will assume that this spot is available and will begin processing our relocation requests and accepting new exhibitors from our growing waiting list.
If you wish to relocate, please:
Complete this application for your spot in 2024, and submit payment.
In the Additional Information section of the application, please note where you would like to relocate to for 2025.
When, and if, an appropriate spot becomes available, we will notify you and invoice you for the difference in cost.
Important: Requests for relocation will be prioritized, based on the date the application was received and payment made.

All tables are skirted with a 6' backdrop and 1 chair provided. An electrical outlet is provided at no additional cost.

All tables come skirted with an 8' backdrop and 1 chair provided. An electrical outlet is also provided at no additional cost, but please remember to bring an extension cord to get power to your table top.
